Return and Refund Policy
The reservation deposit will not be refunded if the client cancels the service, regardless of whether the cancellation is made well in advance or on the day of the trip.
To validate the deposit in case of cancellation, the trip date can be changed within the next 2 months, but the deposit cannot be refunded at any time.
The company is not responsible for delays by online applications or banks when the money is reflected in the bank account.
Any charges, whether by bank transfer or online money transfer applications, will be covered in full by the client.
A 16% tax on the deposited amount will always be charged at the time of reservation, as required by the SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria), the Mexican tax authority.
